Will began his career at The Hamlin Companies as a summer team member on a commercial roofing crew. He has worked in all Hamlin Company business units including General Manager of Roofing Services, Commercial Roofing Project Manager, Hamlin Sheet Metal Management, and Vice President of Hamlin Companies. Will is active in the National Roofing Contractors Association and is a graduate of the NRCA’s inaugural Future Executives Institute. Will received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
